8 Michiganders win TOC titles
4/27 - The Ohio Tournament of Champions, widely renowned as the largest one-day wrestling event in the world, took place in Columbus, Ohio t his weekend and a herd of top Michigan wrestlers of all ages were in attendance.
8 Michigan grapplers came away with TOC titles, including three schoolboy wrestlers: Mark Hall, Angus Arthur, and Nick Bennett.
High School all-staters Ryan Watts of Ferndale, Ken Bade of DCC, and Zach Corcoran headlined the high school divisions by winning TOC titles and Nick Gajdzik of Rochester won as well in Cadet 242lbs.
The only Michigander in the bottom three age divisions to win was Eric Rogers, who won the Junior 180lb title.
