5 Michigan youths claim Liberty titles

3/9 - Mark Hall of Davison continued his reign over the national youth wrestling scene at the Liberty Nationals last month February 23-24.  Hall, who has already won titles BorderWars and Tulsa National titles this year, added a Liberty National title to that list, garnering Outstanding Wrestling honors for his age group as well.

Dominic Sutemister, who has been equally as dominant as Hall this year in national events, won the 75lb Liberty Title this weekend.  Freddie Rodriguez, Eric Rogers, and Patrick Eldred won Liberty national titles as well.  It was an all-Michigan final at 175lbs in 14-U as Patrick Eldred of Charlotte defeated Lantz Miller of Leslie in a hard fought battle 4-2.
Hall, Sutemeister, and Rodriguez were already sitting atop of the Michigan Grappler Fab 50 standings prior to this tournament, and adding Liberty wins to their score will likely keep them atop the overall standings.  Updated Fab 50 standings will be coming out soon.
