Scouting Report: Byers has yet to break out nationally, however, he has been one of the elite guys in the state over the past couple years, scoring wins over many of Michigan's best lightweights and he has all the tools to compete at the next level. He is well-rounded and is without doubt one of the best wrestlers in all of Division 1 heading into his senior year as he looks to win his first state title.
