Lowell, Shelby win MYWAY State Duals titles
3/9 - It was a sign of things to come last weekend in Battle Creek the day after the High School Team State finals as the best elementary and middle school school-based teams duked it out for MYWAY State Titles. Lowell won the elementary and Shelby won the middle school division.
Lowell dominated the elementary division, going 4-0 and outscoring their opponents by an average of 44 points. In the finals Lowell continued their domination with a 53-24 win over New Lothrop.
In the Middle School division it was Shelby who dominated their final dual as well with a 46-24 win over Hartland. The closest dual of Shelby's day came in the first round when they edged Holt 39-32. Hudson ended up finishing 2nd after they defeated Hartland for true 2nd 42-29.
