4/23 - Six Michigan state champs are slated to compete this weekend at the always competetive Western Junior Regional in Las Vegas, NV.  Among those signed up to compete is 2008 MI Grappler Prep Wrestler of The Year Ben Bennett.  Bennett, fresh off his Senior National title, will be among the favorites at 171lbs. 

4x state champ Mark Weber, who finished 2nd in Fargo last summer, is Michigan's most accomplished freestyle grappler registered to compete.  Weber, who is entered at 140lbs, finished 2nd at this event last year.

2x state champs Jacob Burge & Dan Osterman, along with Justin McDermitt and sophomore of the year Jackson Morse round out the Michigan state champs entered for this weekend.
