CC Weber finishes 3rd in Senior Women's Freestyle Nationals
4/9 - A month ago CC Weber was battling high school
boys for a State Championship and today she was
duking it out it with adult women for a National Title.
The Goodrich senior showed why she is one of the
bright up and coming stars in American Women's
wrestling today as she finished 3rd at 105.5lbs in the
US Senior Women's Nationals.
Weber's only loss came in the semifinals to former
World Team Member Sara Fulp-Allen 4-0, 6-1. Weber
finished 4-1 on the day and will now enter the US World
Team Trials as a favorite to make the 2009 World Team.
