Scouting Report: Hill has the prototypical 149/157 build for college. He is short and stout and he is very tough to score on. His position and strength keeps him alot of matches and should make him capable of competing in college. He has not done much off-season stuff, however, he did beat Garrett Schaner who is a Top 20 recruit that went 5-2 in Fargo, so he has proven he can compete with top tier guys and could be a sleeper in this class.
