Scouting Report Spring 2010): Severn has been a man among boys in Division 4 the past two years and did not lost a prep match in his final two seasons. His size and strength should be a plus for college, however, he has not really wrestled in any national tournaments or beaten any big time recruits, which is why he remains this low in our recruiting rankings. He is the son of The Beast Dan Severn and we are unsure if the Junior Beast plans on wrestling at the next level. If he does, he has the potential of being a very solid upperweight addition for someone.
