Scouting Report (Spring 09): Watkins has been one of the top wrestlers in D1 since he got into high school and while he does not have a lot of national exposure, he has all the tools to wrestle at the next level. He is a strong, tall kid with an array of offensive attacks and he wrestles well on the mat. He may not be a headline type recruit but he would be a quality addition for any Division 1 program and he has the potential to be a solid contributer.
